Seed Lab
Climate. Community. Connections. Change.
Seed Lab is a space for programming, residencies, convening, events and exchange, shared with the community and a community of creatives.
Through Seed Lab we explore ideas around healthy communities, the natural world, our shared living environment, and the key issues facing place and people today. We work with courageous, committed, and compassionate people locally and globally. We work with contemporary artists and other practitioners across disciplines, through residencies and projects, both in person and virtually.
The Seed Lab space is located at 111 W. 6th Ave., across from the Anchorage Museum at the corner of 6th Ave. and A St. The building’s façade and interior features murals by local artists.
Programs are often community focused, collaborative, and informal with opportunities to engage in conversations and events announced through the museum’s social media channels.
