Have you seen a bear out in the wild? How does camouflage help it throughout its environment? What adaptations does it have to help it thrive? Now, forget all of that. 

Inspired by Paola Pivi’s feathered bears on display in the Art of the North gallery, join us to create your own whimsical bear. Guests will watch a planetarium show all about bears, take an up-close look at Paola Pivi’s feather bears, and imagine, paint, and feather their own bears. Recommended for teens and adults. $15 materials fee; includes museum admission. Registration required.
