In-Person Event

Join Emily Johnston to learn how to weave a Cup'ik style grass mat and small tray. This workshop series takes place over two weekends. Participants must plan to attend all four classes, and need to bring their own plastic trash bag, small towel, needle and thimble. Materials fee of $40; registration required. Registration covers all four sessions.  Scholarships available upon request. Contact Sierra Young at syoung@anchoragemuseum.org for scholarship requests.
