During Semillas Ancestrales, agrarian Hilario Bautista-D’Loma shares traditional stories about seeds from Oaxaca and provides hands-on experience germinating seeds in Anchorage, Alaska. In addition, Itzel Zagal will present traditional knowledge from the exhibition Abya Yala: Indigenous Latinx Roots in Alaska, part of Nuestra Huella at the Anchorage Museum. This class is made possible with the support of ENLACES. Free. Registration recommended.
