Volunteering offers opportunities to socialize, continue learning and develop career and leadership skills. Seed Lab offers adult and teen volunteers many opportunities: assist with public programs or special events, share skills in the tool library or podcast studio, and engage visitors through hands-on workshops.
Whether you want to use your social skills by working at special events, learn building techniques by working in Tool Library workshops, work with artists, or engage in community building with our numerous workshops and events, we have a volunteer opportunity for you.
Our volunteers come from many walks of life and range from students to retirees. The minimum age to volunteer at Seed Lab is 16 years old. This training session is required before starting volunteer shifts at Seed Lab. Free, application required. Light refreshments provided.
