Alaska’s Rust Rivers: A Conversation with Taylor Roades and Roman Dial

Photographer Taylor Roades and Roman Dial, Alaska Pacific University Professor Emeritus of Mathematics and Biology, will host a conversation around the newly opened exhibition Alaska’s Rust Rivers. Gather for an informal viewing of the photography exhibition in the first-floor hallway, then join the community in the auditorium for conversation and questions with Taylor and Roman.

Taylor and Roman spent a week together in the western Brooks Range, alongside a group of multi-disciplinary scientists, collecting data and making images documenting one of the most dramatic effects of climate change on Arctic ecosystems: rust rivers. Free, registration recommended.
