    The Anchorage Museum can provide print and digital image files of works from the museum's collection on request by filling out the form below. All photographs intended for publication need to be researched for any subject and copyright restrictions.

    Requests can be expedited for an additional fee. The Museum works with descendants of those in images and source communities to waive fees, please note in request.

    Include name, address and phone number
    Include organization title and status (i.e, non-profit 501(c)3, for-profit or private individual)


    I agree to assume responsibility for obtaining all copyright and other necessary permissions and authorizations for use and reproduction of Anchorage Museum collection material for publication and general use. I agree to hold harmless the Anchorage Museum from any liability for copyright infringement or violation in my use of this material. I understand any duplication of Museum collection material is for my convenience, and I agree to not transfer or use these materials in any other way than indicated on this form. I agree to credit the Anchorage Museum in the direct and indirect use of reproduced material.
    We will respond within 2-3 weeks of receiving completed requests. If the order needs expediting, please ensure that the expedited delivery option is checked. Expedited requests will be processed at a 100% surcharge for prioritization and processing. Please feel free to include any additional details or questions below.
